Spirituality

As a deeply spiritual person and professional, Ellie Holbrook, MA, LPCC, RTY500 considers spirituality to be an extremely personal and sacred dimension of the human experience.  And because she regards one’s spirituality as a uniquely defined concept, Ellie approaches her spiritual work as a counselor, coach, and instructor with an open mind and open heart.  She simultaneously encourages clients and students to explore and integrate their spirituality in a way that is personally meaningful for them, resolve life challenges, and create meaningful change.

Just as she encourages her clients and students to continuously explore and integrate their spirituality in all areas of life, Ellie too considers herself to be a life-long student.  To date, Ellie’s studies include ancient yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies and practices, the life and work of various past and present psychologists, philosophers, and mystics, and she regularily seeks out the counsel and guidance of her own spiritual gurus and leaders.  In addition to earning her Master’s of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and her Registered Yoga Teacher certification at the 500 Hour level, Ellie is now pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Metaphysics through the University of Sedona.
