Sojourn Counseling Group is a unique collaborative of psychotherapists and mental health professionals providing outpatient counseling services to Minnesota and Nevada. Unlike any other organization in the area, our practitioners have diverse training and expertise in many modalities and speciality areas, and we take both an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy.
As practitioners, we work closely with individuals, couples, and families of all demographics, helping them reach greater levels of satisfaction in all areas of life. Common issues we address include: emotional and cognitive issues, relational and identity concerns, trauma, adjustment to life phases, roles, and transitions, grief, health and wellness optimization, goal setting and attainment, and professional and academic performance.
